Once you’ve signed up, a Direct iT engineer will deploy the BBox to your network. This will allow us to scan, document, monitor, and support you. We also will gather and document all information for your devices, accounts, servers, cloud services, applications, and internet providers.

We Become your Helpdesk and Security team

Once the BBox is in place, you will have full access to Direct iT’s helpdesk, security, monitoring, and maintenance for your network going forward. At this point, we are a virtual extension of your IT department and can also begin providing advice and recommendations for your business’ future.

Ongoing Management & Strategic Guidance

Now that Direct iT manages your backups, security, and maintenance, you can have the peace of mind to consult with Direct iT on long term plans, projects, and business goals.
