Last year, industrial goods & services made up 1-in-3 victims of ransomware.
Digital Shadows did note that during the third quarter, criminals attacked a more diverse range of businesses. While Q3 saw attacks on industrial goods drop by 42%, it also saw a 32% drop in attacks against healthcare.
The United States was the most targeted country, followed by Canada.
