We have had Direct IT for over a year now and I have had no major problems with the company. I send an email for a problem and the problem is resolved within a reasonable period of time. Direct It has also given me recommendations for upgrading our system. Matt Wilson is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful all the time I request his services. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and solve my issues as quickly as possible. They are a very good IT Company.
