Direct IT has been invaluable to the operation of my practice and quite frankly my sanity. When something goes wrong you need help NOW - and that is what Direct IT provides. The support staff is always there when I need them. And, most important, they explain in very clear language what the issue is and what are the options available to resolve that issue. But what is most important to a computer novice such as myself, is that they are always patient and walk me through the process and answer my questions in simple language stripping away the jargon.
