We’ve worked with several IT companies over the years, and the difference after switching to Direct iT has been huge. Being a local company, their service and responsiveness really stand out.

They’re fantastic with scheduling and follow up. We deal with scheduling all day, so it’s genuinely refreshing to work with a vendor that stays on top of it without us having to chase them.

They’re also great at problem solving and resolution. I don’t expect any technician to know the answer to every question or every program immediately, but what matters is how they handle it, and Direct iT does it right. Even if they don’t know something right away, they consistently follow up, explain what’s going on, and make sure we’re taken care of.

We’re also big fans of the free Excel, Outlook, and Word classes they offer. They’re informative and helpful, especially since the software keeps changing and not everyone lives in these programs every day.
