I have utilized Direct IT for IT support for well over 10 years in my position as technology support at two different companies. Their staff has always been very professional & knowledgeable. They are able to work with our team members who struggle with technology and solve their issues. In one instance we had a server failure over Thanksgiving weekend & they responded quickly & even provided us with a loaner server until we could get a replacement.
