Description of Services

The REMOTE NET service program utilizes a combination of a Direct IT’ Blue Box network management appliance and quality engineering resources to provide network maintenance and support. Direct IT’s support engineers will provide a combination of remote support from our management console and on-site services to ensure maximum network performance and uptime. Direct IT offers both reactive and proactive services to our Remote Net clients. Network Support Services will be provided during regular business hours and will be performed either remotely or on-site, whichever is considered to yield a more efficient resolution of the problem.  An on-site visit will be performed on a regularly scheduled basis.
