Call Net Program

The Direct Call service program provides highly skilled technical resources on a schedule of your choosing. Just call our Network Resource Center to schedule an on site service call to resolve network issues of any type or scope. Direct IT will provide a technical resource with the skills needed to overcome whatever issue has impacted the proper function of your network components.

Engineering Service Blocks

Direct IT provides Engineering Service Blocks (ESBs) for purchase at contract rates. Just purchase the number of blocks most appropriate for your network, and budget, and utilize them as you see fit. Once purchased, ESBs are available to provide any IT services you may require. Blocks are utilized as services are provided.

Reactive Network Services

The concept of the Direct Call program is based on a reactive services concept. Direct IT will provide the appropriate resources to resolve any network technology issue upon the request of the program client. The Direct Call program hours may be used to provide preventative maintenance at the request and direction of the client.
